Double majoring in finance and economics— Goodwin has the edge in real estate. His career experience in working for a Fortune 500 company provided him with an extensive knowledge of Northeast Florida. Goodwin’s experience in this field has cultivated an expertise in negotiation and attention to detail. Additionally, his experience in financial advising and mortgage underwriting helps him understand the importance of budgeting. He uses his expertise to manage his client’s expectations on what they may or may not be able to purchase.

Geddis loves pursuing real estate with his brother Goodwin Shonekan and is on a real estate team with him called the “ShoBros.� This team works so well because Geddis offers his own skills of expertise which includes mortgage underwriting and building construction management. This helps them provide a unique perspective that makes the process of buying and selling a breeze for their clients. When Goodwin is not working as a realtor, he loves to delve into his passion for art, football and gaming. He also enjoys attending car shows with his brother, Geddis, in his free time.
